Terms of Use

Last updated: August 14, 2026. These Terms apply to the Umorrow app, developed and operated by Umorrow OÜ, registry code 17499009.

Service description

Umorrow helps plan calendar events, reminders, and personal cycle-day timing.

No medical advice

Umorrow is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use the app for fertility prediction, contraception, or emergency support.

External calendars

External calendar publishing is optional. Share only plans you intend to expose to the chosen provider, protect a secret .ics URL like a password, and rotate or revoke it if it may have been disclosed. Disconnecting or deleting your Umorrow account stops future publication, but a calendar provider may retain previously fetched or exported copies until you remove them there.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, keeping your account credentials secure, using reminders appropriately, and complying with applicable laws.

Subscriptions and billing

Umorrow Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The App Store or Google Play shows the price, billing period, and applicable terms before purchase. Payment is charged to the store account used for the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in the applicable store account settings and restore eligible purchases from the app.

Cancellation, refunds, and access

Canceling stops future renewal and normally leaves Plus available until the end of the paid period. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests; Google handles Google Play billing and refund requests. Plus access may end when a subscription expires or when the applicable store reports a refund or revocation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Availability and no warranty

We aim to keep Umorrow available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, or changed. Umorrow is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umorrow OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the service changes or legal requirements change. The last-updated date shows when this page was last changed.
