For help with sign-in, cycle settings, calendar dates, reminders, notifications, privacy choices, or store review. Include the email used for your account, the device platform, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.

Read the app privacy policy or use the account deletion page if you cannot access the app.

For help rotating or revoking a secret .ics feed, disconnecting Google Calendar, removing a dedicated Umorrow calendar, or understanding which plans are published, email support. Never send a feed URL, Google credential, password, or authentication code.
