Delete your account

Open Umorrow, go to Settings, then Preferences, and choose Delete Account. Confirm the dialog to permanently delete your account.

Your active Umorrow server account and associated app records are deleted, including cycle data, reminders, events, partner connections, device registrations, sign-in refresh tokens, external-calendar credentials and feed tokens, entitlement records, and profile settings. Deletion of these active database records is immediate and cannot be undone; the backup and provider-copy exceptions below still apply.

Deleting your account invalidates the secret .ics feed. Before deletion, revoke the feed or disconnect Google Calendar in the app, then remove any remaining Umorrow calendar or events from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or another provider. A provider may retain a previously fetched or exported copy until it refreshes or you remove it there.

Deleted Umorrow server records may remain in isolated automated database snapshots for up to five days before they expire; snapshots are used only for disaster recovery. Aggregated or account-unlinked analytics and scrubbed diagnostics that cannot be matched back to the deleted account are not removed through account deletion and follow the applicable processor's retention setting. An identifiable record is kept longer only when required for a legal obligation, fraud prevention, security, or a dispute.

If you have a store subscription, deleting your Umorrow account does not cancel it. Cancel it separately through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions before deleting the account.

Email us from the address connected to your Umorrow account. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
