Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 20, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Umorrow OÜ, registry code 17499009, handles data for Umorrow, a planning app that does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Data we collect
Depending on how you use Umorrow, we may collect account information, profile settings, timezone and language preferences, planning data you enter in the app, reminders, calendar events, cycle-day settings, device identifiers needed for push notifications, optional Telegram identifiers when that integration is used, and support messages you send to us.
Purpose of processing
We use this data to provide the app, sync your account, show calendar and cycle-day planning information, deliver reminders and push notifications, maintain security, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
Analytics and crash logs
Umorrow may process limited analytics, crash logs, server logs, and diagnostic information to understand app reliability and fix errors.
Storage and security
We use reasonable technical measures such as encrypted network traffic and access controls for production systems. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate Umorrow, including Fly.io for hosting, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service for push notifications, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for app analytics and crash diagnostics, and Sentry for server error monitoring when enabled. If you use the Telegram integration, Telegram identifiers may be processed to deliver bot messages. These providers process data only as needed to provide, secure, monitor, and improve the service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those service providers.
Retention and deletion requests
We retain data while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. You can delete your account in the app under Settings, Preferences, Delete Account, or follow the public instructions on the delete account page.
User rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, subject to applicable law and identity verification.
Children
Umorrow is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their country.
